I normally never write Google reviews, but my experience at Aliana Salon deserves to be shared.

A year ago, I visited for a full‑body wax and left extremely disappointed. I told myself I wouldn’t return, even though the salon is only two minutes from my home. But this week, I decided to give them a second chance… and I am so glad I did.

When I say I will be a customer for life, I mean that with my whole heart.

The owner, Ms. Shefali, is truly exceptional. She noticed that I booked an appointment and, even though she was supposed to be off that day, she came in just to meet me. She remembered my experience from a year ago and wanted to personally apologize. I didn’t expect that level of care at all. It genuinely touched me.

She offered me a 50% discount, but honestly, the discount wasn’t even the best part. It was her sincerity, her warmth, and her desire to make things right. My heart was filled with joy because she made me feel seen, valued, and appreciated.

The salon itself has such a beautiful vibe! from the colors to the décor, and the staff reflects the same warmth and kindness that Ms. Shefali brings. They treat you like you matter, and your feelings matter. Their genuineness is rare, and I will never forget how special they made me feel.

Very dishonest staff. I saw online that they give 50% discount to new clients. I went in for my service got my service done. The checkout lady asked me to enter my information for discounts. Didn’t give any discount and charged full price. I was waiting to see if they are honest or trustworthy. But looks like they like scamming everyone. Not sure if I can trust other services by her.
