Arrive with clean, oil-free skin and avoid lotions or heavy sunscreen. Hair should be about a quarter-inch long. Exfoliate gently two days prior, avoid tanning or retinoids a week before, and wear loose clothing for comfort after your service.
Common side effects include temporary redness, minor bumps, or sensitivity that typically subside within 24 to 48 hours. Severe reactions are rare. Contact us if you experience prolonged swelling, blistering, or signs of infection, and follow our aftercare guidance.
We recommend waiting until freshly shaved skin has regrown to at least a quarter-inch before waxing. For sensitive skin, book a consultation first; we can perform a patch test and choose gentler wax formulas to reduce irritation and ensure safety.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, and intense workouts for 24 hours. Apply soothing aloe or a recommended post-wax lotion, exfoliate gently after 48 to 72 hours, and wear breathable clothing. Avoid sun exposure and heavy fragrances for a few days.
